Sacramento Senior Housing Complex Faces Ongoing Bedbug Infestations
Residents of Park Place Apartments, a senior housing complex in Sacramento, California, have reported persistent bedbug infestations that have disrupted their lives. Despite complaints to the landlord, the city, and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), long-term solutions have not been implemented. Residents allege that they were not informed of existing infestations before moving in and have faced challenges in eradicating the pests. The building management has denied the allegations, stating that they are taking steps to ensure the apartments are pest-free.
