Flood Watch Issued for Parts of Delaware, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania

Total rainfall amounts could range from 1 to 2 inches, with localized areas receiving up to 3 to 5 inches. This heavy rainfall may lead to flooding in urban areas, poor drainage zones, and along creeks and streams.
