Noble Springs Dairy Integrates Agritourism with Goat Farming in Tennessee
Noble Springs Dairy, a family-owned operation near Nashville, Tennessee, has successfully blended goat farming with agritourism. Owners Dustin and Justyne Noble, who met at a national dairy goat show in 2003, have developed their farm into a dairy, creamery, and agritourism destination. The farm focuses on producing cheese for distribution across the Southeast and actively welcomes visitors to experience a working farm firsthand. Located approximately ten minutes from downtown Franklin, Noble Springs Dairy provides an opportunity for the public to learn about the animals, the farming process, and how products like cheese are made. Justyne Noble emphasizes the importance of educating visitors about agriculture and the journey of food from farm to table. The farm is also part of a conservation easement through the Land Trust for Tennessee, protecting 260 acres of green space from extensive development.
