Boston Police Rule Death of Teen in Property Owned by Ayanna Pressley's Husband as Homicide
The Boston Police Department has officially ruled the death of 18-year-old Yoseliani Ann Marte Ocasio as a homicide. Ocasio was found dead from a gunshot wound inside a rental property in Mattapan, Massachusetts, owned by Conan Harris, the husband of U.S. Representative Ayanna Pressley. The incident occurred on July 18, and no arrests have been made. Authorities have stated that there is no connection between the property's ownership and the victim's death. The property, a two-story, seven-bedroom home, was listed for sale but is currently off the market. Pressley expressed her condolences and emphasized the tragedy of a young life lost to violence.
