Blinn College Foundation Seeks Community Support for Endowed Paralegal Scholarships Honoring Rick Davis and Others
The Blinn College Foundation is actively seeking community support to fully fund three endowed scholarships, including the Richard W.B. “Rick” Davis Paralegal Scholarship. These scholarships aim to honor individuals who have significantly contributed to education, mentorship, and service within the Blinn College District and the Brazos Valley legal community. Rick Davis is recognized as a distinguished attorney, jurist, educator, military officer, and community leader. He served as a dedicated instructor for many years and later chaired the Blinn Paralegal Program’s advisory board. His career also included serving as Judge of Brazos County Court at Law No. 2 and Judge of the 272nd District Court of Texas before he founded Rick Davis & Associates. Davis was a strong advocate for legal education and committed to mentoring students and young attorneys.
