Trump Administration Launches Fraud.gov to Combat Nationwide Fraud
The Trump Administration has launched Fraud.gov, a new website aimed at increasing transparency in its efforts to combat fraud across the United States. This initiative is part of a broader campaign led by President Trump and Vice President JD Vance to tackle fraud and scams affecting American citizens. The White House Task Force to Eliminate Fraud has been instrumental in uncovering nearly $230 billion in fraudulent activities, preventing $56 billion in fraudulent payments, and enforcing over $55 billion through legal actions. The website will allow the public to track actions taken against fraudsters, including indictments, settlements, and recovered funds.
