Body camera footage and an affidavit obtained by The Washington Post reveal that police considered arresting Mills, who has denied the allegations, calling them 'patently false.' The situation has drawn attention as Mills faces an investigation by the House Ethics Committee over various allegations, including campaign finance violations and misconduct.
