U.S. political figures are actively exploring the creation of sovereign wealth funds, a government investment strategy utilizing surplus revenues for development and increased returns. Senator Bernie Sanders has proposed an AI sovereign wealth fund, which would tax shares of artificial intelligence companies to provide an annual cash dividend to Americans.
