International Justice Mission Seeks Community Engagement Associate in Gulu
The International Justice Mission (IJM) is recruiting a Community Engagement Associate in Gulu to advance social justice and protect vulnerable populations. The role involves building partnerships with community-based organizations, churches, and faith institutions, equipping leaders, and mobilizing grassroots networks to advocate for systemic change. The associate will conduct outreach activities, train community leaders on trauma-informed care, and oversee the development of educational materials. The position requires a bachelor's degree in social work or related fields and a minimum of four years of experience in social work or counseling, particularly with survivors of violence.
