Spencer Pratt's Mayoral Campaign Spends Over $15,000 at Hotel Bel-Air Amid Security Concerns
Spencer Pratt, a former reality TV star, is running for mayor of Los Angeles and has reportedly spent over $15,000 at the Hotel Bel-Air since April 7, according to his campaign finance filings. The expenses include nearly $14,900 for 'Candidate Travel, Lodging and Meals' and approximately $600 for 'Fundraising Events.' Additionally, his campaign spent $1,800 on Komos Tequila for an event. Pratt's living situation has been a topic of discussion after his home was destroyed in the January 2025 Palisades fire. Initially, he claimed to be living in an Airstream trailer on his burned-out lot, but it was later revealed that he was staying at the Hotel Bel-Air due to security threats. Pratt is challenging incumbent Mayor Karen Bass in the upcoming June 2 mayoral primary, with polls showing Bass in the lead.
