Ex-Con Robs Domino's in Arizona to Return to Jail, Citing Discomfort with Freedom
Dusty Tyrone Porter, a 38-year-old former convict, robbed a Domino's pizza shop in Tucson, Arizona, with the intention of returning to prison. Porter, who had previously served over seven years for armed robbery, confessed to the crime, stating he preferred incarceration over freedom. He stole $300 and discarded the gun used in the robbery, which was later found by police. Porter was arrested and charged with armed robbery and prohibited possession of a firearm, with bail set at $150,000.
