The site, which allows users to request articles that are then stored indefinitely, features entries like 'The Great Pigeon Census of 1887,' a fictional event. Despite its humorous intent, Halupedia has raised concerns due to the lack of content moderation, leading to entries that contain offensive language. The site was reportedly created by a Reddit user known as baderbc, who claims it went viral shortly after its launch.
