NASA's SpaceX Crew-12 Arrives in Florida for Upcoming Launch to International Space Station
NASA's SpaceX Crew-12 mission team, consisting of NASA astronauts Jessica Meir and Jack Hathaway, ESA astronaut Sophie Adenot, and Roscosmos cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev, has arrived at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The crew is preparing for their mission to the International Space Station (ISS), scheduled to launch on February 11, 2026. The launch will utilize SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The crew will remain in quarantine at the Astronaut Crew Quarters until the launch. A virtual media event is planned for February 8, where the crew will discuss their mission objectives. NASA, SpaceX, and international partners have completed a Flight Readiness Review, giving the green light for launch preparations.
