American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing Due to Crew Illness
An American Airlines flight from Rome to Philadelphia was forced to make an emergency landing in Dublin after six out of nine flight attendants reported feeling dizzy due to a mysterious odor onboard. The incident occurred on July 25, 2026, and has been attributed to an odor caused by an oven, although the exact nature of the smell remains undisclosed. The Boeing 787, carrying 281 passengers, was diverted three hours into the flight. Upon landing, emergency workers evaluated the affected crew members and one passenger, who were subsequently released. The airline provided accommodations and rebooked passengers for the following day.
