The facility had previously activated its backup generators due to equipment issues, causing significant noise disturbances. Although CyrusOne implemented temporary and permanent noise reduction measures, residents report that the noise levels remain high, particularly during recent generator tests. The company is working with a third-party acoustical engineer to ensure compliance with noise mitigation standards. However, residents like Brian Castro and Laura Evans express dissatisfaction, noting that the noise and vibrations from the generators continue to disrupt their daily lives.
