Bangladeshi Buffalo Nicknamed 'Donald Trump' Spared from Eid Sacrifice
A rare albino buffalo in Bangladesh, nicknamed 'Donald Trump' for its distinctive blond tuft, has been spared from Eid al-Adha sacrifice following a government intervention. The buffalo, which had attracted significant public interest, was saved due to security concerns and moved to the national zoo in Dhaka. The decision was made by the minister of home affairs, Salahuddin Ahmed, after videos of the buffalo went viral, drawing crowds to the farm where it was kept. The buffalo's unique appearance and gentle nature contributed to its popularity and eventual reprieve.
