Cleveland RTA COO Dr. Floun’say Caver Found Deceased in Virginia
Dr. Floun’say Caver, the Chief Operating Officer of the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA), was found deceased in Hampton, Virginia. Virginia State Police had issued a Critically Missing Adult Alert for Dr. Caver on Monday after he was last seen around 3 a.m. that day in Hampton. Hampton Police confirmed his death on Facebook, stating there appeared to be no indication of foul play. While details of how he was found have not been released, a spokesperson indicated the discovery was made in the first block of Fox Hill Road. Dr. Caver, 50, was on a planned trip and sources suggested he might have been visiting his son in the Hampton area. The initial alert noted that family members reported he was 'experiencing severe personal stress.' Forensics teams and the Medical Examiner’s Office are currently on the scene.
