Bucks County Salons Raise Over $11,000 for Cancer Support Through Self-Care Month
Twenty-two salons, spas, and wellness businesses in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, collectively raised over $11,000 for the Kin Wellness and Support Center during their fourth annual Spa and Salon Self-Care Month. This initiative allowed residents to engage in self-care activities while simultaneously contributing to a local cause. The Kin Wellness and Support Center, located in Buckingham Township, provides free support, fitness, therapy, and integrative services to Bucks County residents navigating cancer diagnoses and treatment, as well as their caregivers and oncology healthcare workers. Services offered include counseling, support groups, nutrition services, yoga, fitness, workshops, massage, reflexology, reiki, chiropractic care, acupuncture, and facials.
