Russian Missile Strikes in Ukraine Result in 22 Deaths, Including Children
A recent Russian missile and drone attack across Ukraine has resulted in the deaths of at least 22 people, including two children. The strikes, which are among the largest by Moscow in recent months, targeted civilian infrastructure and energy facilities, causing significant casualties and injuries. In Dnipro, 16 people were killed, including an eight-year-old boy and three women, while six people died in Kyiv. The Russian defense ministry stated that these strikes were a response to previous Ukrainian attacks, claiming that all objectives were achieved. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has called for increased international support, particularly from the United States, to supply missiles for defense systems.
