Mandarin Oriental, Paris has announced the appointment of Vincent Poulingue as its new General Manager, effective May 18, 2026. Poulingue, who brings over two decades of experience in luxury hospitality, joins from Hôtel du Palais Biarritz. His appointment coincides with the launch of an extensive transformation program aimed at enhancing the guest experience at the prestigious Parisian hotel. The renovation will cover all guestrooms, suites, public spaces, the spa, and dining areas. The project will introduce new culinary concepts and redesign the interiors to reflect Parisian elegance and contemporary clarity. The renovation is set to begin in October 2026 and will be conducted in phases to ensure the hotel remains operational.
