Planned Parenthood Gala Honors Pink for Advocacy in Reproductive Rights

The event took place at Cipriani South Street, where attendees, including notable figures like Tommy Dorfman, Helena Christensen, Lily Rabe, and Natasha Lyonne, gathered to support the organization's mission. Pink, whose real name is Alecia Beth Moore-Hart, was recognized with the Champion of Change Award for her long-standing advocacy. She has been a vocal supporter of Planned Parenthood, emphasizing the importance of bodily autonomy and the organization's role in providing essential healthcare services, including hormone replacement therapy and transitional care. Pink reflected on her personal connection to the organization, recalling her experiences as a teenager seeking care at Planned Parenthood.
