The 22nd edition of SP-Arte, Brazil's largest art fair, is taking place at São Paulo's Ibirapuera Park, showcasing over 180 galleries and cultural institutions. The event underscores the resilience of the Latin American art market, which has reported strong sales despite global economic and political challenges. According to the Art Basel and UBS Global Art Market Report, Brazilian galleries saw a 21% increase in sales year-on-year. The fair emphasizes Brazilian identity, with most works by Brazilian artists, attracting international attention from museum curators and collectors.
