Fulton County Seeks Return of 2020 Election Records Seized by FBI
Officials in Fulton County, Georgia, have filed a court challenge to retrieve election records seized by federal agents from a warehouse. The county's motion, filed under seal, also requests the unsealing of the investigative affidavit used to obtain the search warrant. Robb Pitts, chairman of the Fulton County Board of Commissioners, emphasized the importance of this case for the integrity of elections nationwide.
