Rapper Offset Shot Near Florida Casino, Two Detained by Police
Rapper Offset, formerly of the hip-hop group Migos, was shot outside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Florida. The incident occurred on Monday, and Offset, whose real name is Kiari Kendrell Cephus, is currently being monitored in a hospital. The Seminole Police Department has detained two individuals in connection with the shooting, although their identities have not been disclosed. The police have assured the public that the site is secure and there is no ongoing threat. Despite online speculation, fellow rapper Lil Tjay was confirmed not to be involved in the incident. Offset's condition remains undisclosed, but the injuries are reported to be non-life-threatening.
