Three York County Teens Charged with Malicious Damage to Flock Cameras in Chester County
Three 19-year-olds from York County, identified as James MacMillan Ryerson of Catawba, Samuel Jonathan Carlisle of McConnells, and Blaze Lawrence Fuller of Rock Hill, have been arrested and charged with conspiracy and malicious damage to property. The charges stem from an incident on August 15 in Chester County, where they allegedly cut down and damaged Flock cameras on Harmony Church Road in Edgemoor. Arrest warrants indicate the suspects used a saw and an unknown object to burn the equipment between 1 a.m. and 3 a.m., causing an estimated $5,150 in damage. Authorities claim the actions were intended to "intimidate or coerce a civilian population to influence government policy." All three individuals have been released on bail.
