The National Weather Service has issued a tornado warning for parts of Venango County until 5 p.m. EDT. The highest chance for storms in Pittsburgh is between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m., with isolated storms possible until 10 p.m. Strong winds, frequent lightning, and downpours are anticipated as a line of showers and storms moves from west to east. Winds are gusting from the northwest at 10 mph, with gusts reaching the mid-20s mph. Most of the day will remain dry until the storm activity begins.
