Boulder Undergoes Changes with Restaurant Shifts and Civic Area Revamp

Additionally, the Caribou Village Shopping Center in Nederland is undergoing cleanup under state-mandated asbestos safety protocols, marking a step towards rebuilding a central hub for the town. Amidst these changes, new culinary ventures are emerging, including Odd Rabbit, a Michelin-recognized restaurant offering a unique sushi menu.
