Jehovah's Witnesses Accelerate Construction of Ramapo Project with Over 1,000 Daily Workers
The Jehovah's Witnesses' Ramapo construction project has reached a new peak of activity, with over 1,000 volunteers working daily on the site. Significant progress has been made in recent months, including the near completion of the residential parking garage, which is the first permanent structure. A temporary dining room is also well underway, and five residential buildings are in various stages of construction. Brother Jordon Gorrie, who oversees the residence buildings, expressed enthusiasm for the accomplishments, attributing the progress to divine blessing. The project emphasizes safety, with daily meetings and specific skills training for all volunteers, regardless of their prior construction experience. Additionally, the spiritual well-being of the workers is prioritized through monthly Bible-based programs, interviews, and project updates, providing encouragement and focus for the large volunteer workforce.
