Russia Launches Missile and Drone Attacks on Kyiv, Targeting Energy Infrastructure
On February 12, 2026, Russia launched a significant missile and drone attack on Ukraine, focusing on major cities including Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Kharkiv.
