Representative Sykes Secures $200,000 Federal Investment for Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery
U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) announced a $200,000 federal investment from the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) for Stark County Mental Health and Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR). This funding is designated to maintain and expand crucial mental health and substance use disorder services for residents within Ohio’s 13th Congressional District.
