Congressman Vindman and Krishnamoorthi Introduce LESSONS from Ukraine Act to Enhance U.S. Military Doctrine
Congressman Raja Krishnamoorthi (IL-08) and Congressman Eugene Vindman (VA-07) have introduced the Learning Effective Strategies and Systems Optimization for National Security (LESSONS) from Ukraine Act.
