Chester Fire Leaves Three Dead, One Critically Injured Amid Hoarding Conditions

Chester Fire Commissioner John-Paul Shirley reported that the blaze was exacerbated by hoarding conditions within the home, which significantly hindered firefighting efforts. The victims include a woman in her 30s, her daughter, and her granddaughter, while a man in his 70s was rescued and hospitalized.
