Rena Mary Frigo's Passing: A Tribute to a Lifelong Chicago Resident and Community Member
Rena Mary Frigo, affectionately known as Renee, passed away at the age of 78. A lifelong resident of Chicago's Historic Pullman Neighborhood, Frigo was a dedicated member of her community. She graduated from St Anthony of Padua Catholic Grammar School in 1960 and St Willibrord's High School in 1964. Frigo spent 35 years working as a bookkeeper for the Sherwin Williams Credit Union before retiring. She was a devoted parishioner of St Anthony of Padua Church and a passionate fan of the Chicago Cubs and Blackhawks. Frigo is survived by her brother Arthur, nieces, nephews, and many friends. Her memorial visitation is scheduled for April 9, 2026, at Panozzo Bros. Funeral Home, with a funeral mass to follow on April 10, 2026, at St Anthony of Padua Parish.
