Jersey Community Foundation Opens Applications for Kezia's Fund to Support Youth Mental Health
The Jersey Community Foundation (JCF) has announced the opening of applications for Kezia's Fund, a grant initiative aimed at supporting projects that enhance the mental health of children and young people. This fund was established in memory of Kezia Mason, who tragically took her own life in 2022 at the age of 14. The grants, typically ranging from £5,000 to £20,000, are available for schemes and activities that focus on preventative and early intervention work. Anna Terry, the chief executive of JCF, emphasized the importance of these grants in providing practical, community-based solutions and empowering young people to have a say in the support they receive. The deadline for applications is set for March 29.
