Novotel and WWF France Partnership Advances Ocean Conservation Efforts
Novotel, in collaboration with WWF France, has released its second Ocean Impact Report, highlighting significant progress in ocean conservation efforts across its global network of over 600 hotels. The report, launched ahead of World Ocean Day, details achievements such as 92% compliance with single-use plastic policies and the training of over 1,600 chefs in sustainable seafood practices. The partnership, initiated in 2024, aims to support ocean longevity through operational changes, sustainable food practices, and marine conservation projects. Novotel's Positive Impact Plan, aligned with Sustainable Development Goal 14, focuses on reducing environmental impact, promoting sustainable food choices, enhancing ocean awareness, and contributing to scientific research.
