Missouri Voters Reject Amendment 4, Maintain Current Constitutional Amendment Process
Missouri voters have decisively rejected Amendment 4, a proposal that sought to make it more difficult to amend the state constitution through the initiative petition process. The amendment was defeated with 81.7% of voters opposing it.
