Australia and China Collaborate on Sustainable Aviation Fuel Development
Adelaide University has received a $400,000 grant from the National Foundation for Australia-China Relations to spearhead a sustainable aviation project over the next two years. Announced by Senator Penny Wong, the project aims to enhance collaboration between Australian and Chinese stakeholders to accelerate the development and deployment of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). The initiative, known as the Australia-China Cooperation for Sustainable Aviation (ACCSA), will involve seminars, workshops, and conferences to foster engagement among SAF researchers, industry participants, and government stakeholders. The project builds on previous efforts to promote SAF industries and aims to establish a long-term networking platform for continued collaboration.
