Child Endangerment and Aggravated Assault Arrests Made in Philadelphia and Neshoba County
Multiple arrests have been made in Philadelphia and Neshoba County, Mississippi, for various offenses including child endangerment and aggravated assault. Among those arrested is Avia Graffreey, 37, of Carthage, who faces charges of child endangerment and aggravated assault, with bonds set at $800 and $7,500 respectively.
