Sonesta Expands Internationally with New Hotel in Egypt, Enhancing Global Portfolio
Sonesta International Hotels Corporation has announced the execution of an agreement for a new construction property in Giza, Egypt. The hotel, named The Royal Sonesta Pyramids, is set to open in 2028 and will feature 208 rooms and suites with views of the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum. The property will include multiple dining outlets, an upscale gym and spa, and meeting and conference rooms catering to business travelers. Guests will have the opportunity to earn or redeem points through the Sonesta Travel Pass loyalty program, which offers exclusive perks and opportunities.
