Bear Dies After Being Hit by Car in Lone Tree, Colorado
A bear was fatally injured after being struck by a vehicle in Lone Tree, Colorado. The incident occurred on Yosemite and Heritage Hills Parkway. Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) officials responded to the scene, tranquilizing the bear to assess its condition. Unfortunately, the bear succumbed to internal injuries sustained in the crash. CPW has urged drivers to remain vigilant for wildlife on roads and to use measures such as honking horns to deter animals from entering traffic areas.
