Eastern US faces severe storms, tornadoes, and flash flooding risks

On Tuesday, the severe weather is shifting eastward, mirroring Saturday's high-impact storms and flooding. The first round of storms is expected to develop in the morning, stretching from eastern Virginia to southern New England, followed by a more intense wave later in the day.
