Ukraine's Military Intelligence Reports Russian Missile Production Surpassing Targets
Ukraine's military intelligence has reported that Russia's missile production is exceeding monthly targets by 10-20%. Vadym Skibitskyi, deputy head of Ukraine's military intelligence agency, stated that Russia produced 87 Kh-101 cruise missiles in July, surpassing its target by 40%. Similar overproduction was noted for other missile types, including the Kalibr and Kh-35. This increase in production is attributed to a simplified system of technical controls and the cessation of Kinzhal missile production. The report highlights the strain on Ukraine's air defenses, which are already challenged by the high volume of Russian ballistic missile attacks.
