Former U.S. President Joe Biden's cancer has metastasized further, as revealed by his son, Hunter Biden, in a recent interview with BBC Newsnight. Diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer in May 2025, just months after leaving office, Biden has been undergoing treatment including radiation and hormone therapy. Despite initial positive responses to the treatment, the cancer has now spread to his bones, causing significant pain and debilitation. Hunter Biden expressed the emotional difficulty of witnessing his father's health struggles, highlighting Joe Biden's continued dedication to his country despite his condition. The former president, who was the oldest sitting U.S. president, had withdrawn from the 2024 presidential race following a poor debate performance against President Trump and pressure from the Democratic Party.
