Michigan Virtual Launches Innovation Design Studio for Educators to Test Classroom Technologies
Michigan Virtual has opened a new Innovation Design Studio in Lansing, providing K-12 educators with a space to experiment with classroom technology and flexible learning environments. The studio, located at the nonprofit's headquarters, is equipped with interactive display boards, smart boards, and other advanced technology, allowing educators to explore new classroom configurations. This initiative builds on Michigan Virtual's ongoing efforts in AI and digital learning, including an AI research lab launched in 2023. The studio aims to help educators integrate technology into their teaching practices effectively, offering workshops and professional learning events.
