The lawsuit sought damages greater than $25,000 for both claims, along with punitive damages exceeding $25,000. The jury awarded $50,000 for alienation of affection, $800,000 for criminal conversation, and $1 in punitive damages for each claim. Cobb holds several competition records in NASCAR’s Craftsman Truck Series, including being the highest-finishing female driver in overall points in a season.
