Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department Recovers $4 Million in Stolen Cargo Including Tucker Carlson Nicotine Pouches
The Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Major Crimes Bureau Cargo Criminal Apprehension Team executed a search warrant in Vernon, California, leading to the recovery of approximately $4 million in stolen cargo. The operation resulted in the arrest of one suspect, who was charged with receiving stolen property. Among the recovered items were televisions, shoes, printers, and nicotine pouches branded by conservative commentator Tucker Carlson. The stolen goods were part of a larger theft incident in March, where over 378,000 tins of ALP Drifter Nicotine pouches were taken during transit. The carrier responsible for the transport had presented seemingly legitimate credentials before communication was lost, prompting ALP Supply Co. to offer a $100,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of the shipment or the conviction of those involved.
