Laromestrocel is derived from the bone marrow of young, healthy adult donors and is designed for broad, one-time intervention, working through anti-inflammatory, pro-vascular, and pro-regenerative effects. The XPRIZE Healthspan competition aims to develop and test therapies that can restore muscle, cognition, and immune function lost to aging by at least ten years within a year or less of treatment.
