Homeless Seattle Man's Dumpster Discovery Leads to New Start
Chris Engdahl, a homeless man in Seattle, discovered a bag containing the ashes and memorial keepsakes of a Chihuahua named Tia in a dumpster. The items belonged to Brandon and Holly Dunn, who had their car broken into while preparing to move to North Carolina. Engdahl's discovery and subsequent return of the items to the Dunns led to a heartwarming community response. A GoFundMe campaign, organized by Katie Michie, has raised over $7,224 to help Engdahl furnish his new apartment and care for a dog he rescued while living on the streets. Engdahl's selfless act has garnered widespread support, transforming his life after seven years of homelessness.
