A tragic incident occurred in Orange County, Florida, where a bystander was fatally shot while attempting to intervene in a roadside altercation. The Orange County Sheriff's Office reported that the incident took place at the intersection of Plymouth Sorrento and West Ponkan Roads. The altercation involved a man and a woman who were initially fighting inside a car that subsequently crashed. The bystander, identified as Daryl Alexander Hill, 56, tried to help but was shot by Raul Lionel Vazquez, 26, who has been charged with second-degree murder. Witnesses reported that Hill attempted to mediate the conflict but was shot as he tried to flee the scene.
