Jamie and Judith Dimon Foundation Commits $12 Million to HBCUs for Long-Term Sustainability
The James and Judith K. Dimon Foundation has announced a significant $12 million investment to support the long-term sustainability of Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs). This initiative, launched in partnership with UNCF, establishes The Dimon Fund to Advance Economic Opportunity. The fund aims to strengthen the institutional balance sheets of HBCUs, enhance their capacity for long-range planning, and secure capital for research, academic programs, and infrastructure. Twelve UNCF member institutions will each receive $1 million in permanent endowment capital through this fund.
